You can definitely checkout as a guest, but there are some benefits if you have an account with us. You’ll have a quicker checkout process (a must when we release those items that sell out in minutes), an easy way to view your order status and order history, and you’ll be the first to receive updates on our newest releases and special promotions.
All you need to do is click “Forgot your Password?” on the login page and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. To keep things running smoothly, make sure to include your order number and the change(s) you want to make. We’ll confirm once your order has been updated.
Please keep in mind that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be edited or cancelled.
Two things may have happened, 1- you may have entered your email address incorrectly 2. it might be in your junk mail. If not, let us know and we'll send you another order confirmation.
Sometimes we send orders in separate shipments. Check your email for your order status first to see if your items were shipped separately. If something is still missing, let us know as soon as possible.
Right now we only ship within the U.S.A. but we are working fast to set up international capabilities! We will let you know as soon as we are up and running.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $40. For orders under $40 we charge a flat rate of $5.99 for the first 25 lbs.
Your order will be shipped via USPS.
All orders placed before 3 P.M. PST will be shipped same day. All orders placed after 3 P.M. PST will be shipped the following day.
